We will stop by the National Library, the Zeleukha Nunnery, and the memorial chorten for His Majesty Late Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk in the morning. Then, in the late afternoon, we'll take a trip over to the Handicraft Development Corporation, where a variety of Bhutanese handicrafts are on show.
We will travel to Paro in the morning after breakfast. Drive through the Paro valley in the afternoon to see the Drukgyel Dzong/Kyichu Lhakhang. The spectacular Jhomolhari Mountain, also known as The Mountain of the Goddess, can be seen on a clear day (7314.4 m). Visit the National Museum as well, which is located in Ta Dzong and features an impressive collection of fine arts and weapons.
