At the airport, a representative from our office and a

be driven to the hotel where you'll spend the night. A tour guide will pick you
up in a private vehicle in the afternoon. You will visit Kathmandu Durbar
Square and Shyambhunath Stupa today.
Swoyambhu Nath
Stupa: The dome-shaped Stupa is stunning, with eyes on all four sides. The view
of the entire Kathmandu valley from the stupa's top is breathtaking.
Kathmandu
Durbar Square: The UNESCO World Heritage Site Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of
three squares in Nepal's Kathmandu Valley. Durbar Square (durbar translates to
"palace" or "a prince's court") is an important location
for Buddhist and Hindu rituals, holy ceremonies, royal events, and kingly
coronations.
After
breakfast, your guide and a private vehicle will arrive at your hotel, and you
will visit Pashupatinath and Boudhanath Stupas in the morning. Then visit
Bhaktapur and Patan in the afternoon. You will return to Kathmandu in the late
afternoon. Overnight stay in a hotel.
We
will travel by road to Chitwan today, which will take about 6 hours depending
on road conditions. The Chitwan National Safari Park is Chitwan's main draw and
the reason that everyone visits. We will visit the Tharu tribal people after
checking into the hotel and getting some fresh air. In the evening, you will
experience their dances and unexpected cultural attire and spend the night at
the Chitwan hotel.
After breakfast, we
will go on a canoe trip to observe aquatic life, visit an elephant breeding
farm, or participate in a 2-3 hour jungle trek program. We will then depart on the program for the
elephant-back safari after lunch at the hotel. You have the option of going on
a Jeep adventure in the winter and spring. Chitwan dinner and overnight.
We'll go bird
viewing in the morning, then eat breakfast and head to Pokhara. We will check
into the hotel when we get to Pokhara, take a walk around the lake, and then
stay there at Pokhara for tonight.
Today, we'll drive
to Sarangkot to see the sunrise and the Himalayan panorama. After breakfast, we
will tour Pokhara and its famous sites such as the Peace Stupa, Barahi Temple,
David's Falls, Mahendra Cave, and so on. We will also go boating on Fewa Lake and
stay in Pokhara for the night.
We'll return to
Kathmandu and stay in a hotel.
